I'll freely admit that this is nothing short of adorable. I love how all the toys have been posed to look as if they are excited at the union taking place before them. Even the doll in the baby carriage looks almost as if it came to life, and is overwhelmed by the romantic situation between the young girl and her top hat wearing pinguin
At first I didn't notice the pair of eyes peeking out of the nearby hole, but when I did I thought how cute it was to picture the mouse that resides in the hole going "WTF??", and the other one outside the window going "Oh wow!"
The style used in this peice reminds me very much of the childrens books I use to read as a kid, opening them up and looking at page after page of mostly beautifully drawn pictures with a few words thrown in to explain the story.
Very good job on this peice. Even though it is quite new, I sense lots of nostalgia emenating from this
This is wonderful!!! I love all the little details like the mouse in the window or the doll watching the "wedding" with dreamy eyes Keep up the good work!
Naaawwww... Your art is going to put a book in the New York Times Best-Seller list someday!!! I kid you not, this is so wonderful!!! I have trouble expressing how truly great a piece of this kind is, but it is, truly, masterfully done! aIt is both humorous and lighthearted, and the style is very charming! Excellent work! Keep it up!
